Digital transfer ELASTIC is a hybrid thermal transfer, meaning that it is created by combining two printing techniques. All colours are printed using a production digital printer, while the thermal transfer characteristics are given by screen printing.
Using this solution allows full-colour transfers with tonal transitions, gradients and shadows printed in offset quality. Printing is carried out using the CMYK palette, and it is possible to simulate some colours from the PANTONE palette. Screen printing uses DST polyurethane water-based inks, which are Oeko-Tex Eco Passport certified, so they can be used in the decoration of children's clothing. The use of these transfers allows the print to meet the requirements for Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification. Neon and metallised colours cannot be printed.
